Cancellation Policy
At this time, I do not charge my clients for cancellations or no-shows.
I kindly ask that all clients give at least 48 hours’ notice when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you expect to be late, please notify me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice will have their appointment cancelled and it will be considered a no-show.
I understand that life happens! As such, please understand that this is my career—not a hobby—and my income is reliant on the loyalty and dependability of my clientele.
