At least 24-hour notice of cancellation must be provided for the client to be excused of all service charges and fees. Day-of cancellations will result in the client being required to pay 50% of the price of your scheduled manicure (i.e., a medium set of gel-x starts at $60, therefore the client would be charged $30). No-shows will result in the client being required to pay 75% of the price of your scheduled manicure (i.e., a medium set of gel-x starts at $60, therefore the client would be charged $45).
