CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY: - Card on file required for all existing and new clients. - Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of service booked, charged to card on file. - No-call/no-shows will result in a charge equal to 75% of service booked, charged to card on file. LATE POLICY: - Grace period of 15 minutes. - After 15 minutes, service may be shortened or redirected. - After 30 minutes, appointment will be cancelled. A charge equal to a minimum of 50% of service booked will be charged to card on file. I understand that life happens!
